• The Clinic dispatches its medicines through a third party courier or postals service and is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to consignments of medicines suffered.
• The patient accepts and understands the risks associated with shipping medicines to different parts of India or to other countries.
• The patient solely bears the responsibility of ensuring that all documents related to the medicines are provided if such demands are made by any relevant authority in the country or region of the patient’s residence.
• The Clinic is not responsible for any loss, damage, confiscation, or destruction of medicines by any relevant authority.
• The Clinic will not send medicines or consignments as replacements if the medicines are lost, damaged, confiscated or destroyed during shipping or by relevant authorities.
• The cost of medicines, shipping, packaging and all other charges will have to be borne by the patient each time a consignment is dispatched from the Clinic irrespective whether it reaches its destination or not.
• Any additional costs like customs duty, brokerage charges etc. will have to be borne by you, the patient.
